As your mentored doula I will get to know you and your preferences for birth.

I am a hypnobirthing facilitator too which means I can give you so much information about your body and hormones and how best to support you through all the changes, feel relaxed and at ease. This means you can trust in your body to do what it does for the perfect birth for you.

You will feel supported, nurtured and confident.

Hannah will also proudly capture those precious moments on her phone for you so that you can treasure them later.

You will always be the expert in your body and your baby.

I will listen with compassion and treat you with the care and respect you deserve.

I will support you in making informed choices by signposting to fact based information.

I will care for you, believe in you, encourage you and celebrate your incredible transformation into parenthood with you!

While I’m still mentored this means you have the benefit of not only myself but also a highly experienced Doula at the end of the phone too in case I can’t answer any of your questions.

Here is an idea of a package. We can tweak to suit the individuals needs.

Free no obligation consultation to make sure we fit as a team (with any/all birthing partners present)

From 38 weeks of pregnancy I will be on call 24/7 (this does not mean that if birth happens outside of this time frame that I won't do everything in my power to be there!)

Phone/WhatsApp support any time you need it throughout our journe

Antenatal education/hypnobirthing

1 pregnancy massage when you would like it

1 reflexology treatment on or around your due date

At least 1 other session. Helping to pack bags or going through anything you need to or doing biomechanics of birth releases/moves

Attendance at your birth for as long as you choose

Homemade (by me) crochet umbilical cord tie and baby hat

Practical and emotional support

2 separate 2 hour postnatal visits to suit your needs when you would like them

Options to add extra treatments/services/baby massage/yoga course etc. for additional cost

Hannah is a kind, generous, grounding and joyful individual. She has unwavering care for her clients. She is unobtrusive, proactive and gentle. I really appreciate the film and photos she took for us too. When I was terrified of going out alone with my son by myself Hannah encouraged me (kindly but firmly) to come to her baby massage group where I was taken aback by how safe I felt. She really looked after us. I hope Hannah can be at all my future births!

During early labour Hannah’s support was very valuable. She arrived as i was progressing into established labour and provided much needed massage before entering the pool. While in the pool Hannah was amazing at supporting my husband as well as supporting me. My husband was very worried that he would be a spectator in his son's birth and not actually a participant. I know the labour process was very overwhelming for him, especially seeing me so much discomfort and not being able to make it better. Having Hannah there was amazing, helping and guiding him in how to support me. While my midwife was there doing all her midwife things. She was there with gentle pressure to try ease pain and encouraging words of affirmation. She took incredible photos and videos to allowing us to remember this incredible day.
